The Boons public beta is currently offered only to people who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using Boons, you confirm that you meet both requirements.

Use Boons to help, not harm.
These terms set simple expectations for a free, temporary visual-help service.

Using the service
Boons lets two people connect through a temporary link for live visual assistance. You may use it only if you can legally agree to these terms and will follow applicable law.
Your responsibility
You choose what to show, say, point to, draw, freeze, or download. Get permission before sharing another person, private information, or a place where privacy is expected. Do not use Boons for emergencies or as a substitute for qualified professional help.
Availability
Boons is provided free of charge and may change, pause, or stop. We work to keep it reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
No warranties
To the extent allowed by law, Boons is provided “as is” without warranties. You are responsible for deciding whether guidance is safe and appropriate before acting on it.
Limits
To the extent allowed by law, Boons and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
