Pause around hazards
Do not rely on remote guidance for live electrical work, gas leaks, fire, medical care, heavy machinery, driving, or any situation where a mistake could cause serious harm. Stop and get qualified local help.
Protect the session link
Send the private link only to the intended person. Do not post it publicly. End the session immediately if someone unexpected joins or if you no longer want to share.
Respect consent
Never use Boons to harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, surveil, or share sexual, illegal, or non-consensual content. Do not record another person without their knowledge and permission.
Report abuse
Send safety or abuse reports to abuse@boons.ai. Include only what is necessary to explain the concern; do not send session media or sensitive personal information.
